Avoiding the need to fill out long detailed applications, I sent her copies of the policies I needed to replace, redacted to exclude the current pricing. Literally within 24 hours I had a viable set of proposed coverages, including a separate policy for personal items which had been baked into my previous condo policy. I compared the costs with at least 5 other companies, and State Farm was the lowest cost provider overall. Kelsey helped me to take advantage of every discount available.
